any singers / performers out there take anything before/leading up to a show? i get performance anxiety / stage fright to the point where my neck and quads get pretty tense/tight and i get this anxious feeling that i otherwise never have. in addition to some stretching and a hot tub, i'm thinking Ashwagandha and one more noot.. maybe Theanine? but then again, it's a stimulant and ashwagandha is relaxing? not sure what to pair the ashy with.. i'll appreciate some performance anxiety stacks -- thanks!
